The Statlr Blog: Using color on Statlr

Statlr is a simplistic site by design, so finding a way to make it pop without making it too overpowering was difficult. Because of the large amount of screen real-estate the color bars had to take up, the colors had to work together, be eye catching, not too bright, and not too weak.

This will allow you to share stats from that page with Facebook, Twitter, and Digg. We’re also open to any services you think we should add! Have fun! And if you spot any issues feel free to let us know: help at statlr dot com. In addition to implementing the lightbox, I got to write the logic which was pretty cool.
